InquireEvery collection includes delivery, installation and strike within the GTA. Final pricing depends on guest count, florals and venue requirements, and is confirmed in your written proposal.

From inquiry to install
Share your date, venue and guest count. We confirm availability and arrange a complimentary consultation.
You receive a mood board and written proposal with every piece, flower and service itemised.
A signed agreement and retainer hold your date. We coordinate details with your venue and planner.
We install on schedule, check every detail, and return to strike once your celebration ends.
Questions
For May to October weddings, six to twelve months ahead is ideal. Off-season dates and smaller collections can often be arranged with three to four months' notice. Ask us about your date; we'll always tell you plainly what's possible.
Across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Pickering. Delivery, installation and strike within the GTA are included in every collection. Beyond the GTA, travel is quoted in your proposal.
Both, chosen deliberately. Fresh seasonal flowers are at their best in bouquets and pieces guests see up close. Our heirloom-quality faux florals suit large installations and long or outdoor days. Your proposal will recommend the right balance for your venue and budget.
Of course. We regularly work alongside planners and florists, and our rental collection is available on its own for teams who bring their own design.
Yes. We confirm load-in and strike times, venue rules and any certificate of insurance required, and coordinate directly with your venue and planner.
Yes. The Full Story is built for this, and any collection can be extended to a mehndi, sangeet, tea ceremony, rehearsal dinner or reception on another day.
A retainer and signed agreement reserve your date, and the balance is due before the event. The exact schedule and our cancellation and damage terms are set out clearly in your proposal before you commit.
